Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and operating cloud-based AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS architecture, including compute, networking, security, and data services.
- Proven experience building and deploying GenAI and ML workloads using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.
- Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and deployment strategies.
- Solid knowledge of AI system design patterns such as RAG, agentic systems, model evaluation, and inference optimization.
- Experience with data engineering and pipeline design using modern cloud data services.
- Solid DevOps and infrastructure-as-code knowledge, including CI/CD and observability.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Consulting mindset with experience leading customer engagements in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced cloud and GenAI solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and business value.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of AI/ML and GenAI workloads on AWS, with awareness of multi-cloud environments.
- Deliver structured technical engagements including architecture reviews, optimization workshops, and well-architected assessments.
- Act as a senior technical advisor to support incident resolution, deep-dive investigations, and expert engineering inquiries.
- Develop reusable frameworks, automation assets, and golden path patterns to scale successful solutions across customers.
- Contribute technical insights back to product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
