Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience shipping impactful products at scale.
  • Experience in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive contexts.
  • Demonstrated ownership of foundational data or catalog products where accuracy and freshness are critical.
  • Fluency with data, including defining quality metrics and partnering with analysts for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Experience partnering with operations teams to design internal tooling and workflows.
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to design for internal operators as well as end-users.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with modern prototyping tools such as Figma, Claude, or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with urgency.
  • Curiosity in new technologies and AI-driven automation for entity matching or content enrichment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for SeatGeek's Catalog to ensure the most accurate, complete, and fresh representation of the live event world.
  • Improve catalog coverage and freshness by closing inventory gaps and reducing errors that impact fan trust.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the fan experience through enriched event content, seat features, and venue maps.
  • Partner with operations and marketplace teams to design tools and processes for scalable catalog data ingestion.
  • Collaborate with analytics to define health metrics for coverage, freshness, and accuracy while building monitoring dashboards.
  • Evangelize Catalog initiatives and collaborate with PMs across the shopping and post-purchase funnels.
  • Research and integrate AI and machine learning to automate data ingestion and content enrichment.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product team members and contribute to product team culture.
