Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HRBP in professionalized, high-dynamic tech environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing performance frameworks for Engineering and Product organizations.
  • Experience in workforce transformation and real-time role evolution.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured, hands-on approach.
  • Highly proficient in working within cross-location, cross-functional matrix structures.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to influence and challenge at the Director and VP level.
  • Background in management or HR consulting is considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the evolution of performance management frameworks and set high bars for accountability.
  • Guide the business through the 'AI shift' by redefining roles and workflows to keep pace with automation.
  • Lead high-stakes organizational projects, such as structural realignments and professional standards implementation.
  • Provide strategic sparring within a cross-location, cross-functional matrix between Hamburg and Warsaw hubs.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends, challenge stakeholders, and support senior leaders in talent decisions.
