Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor helping enterprise clients and agencies transform WhatsApp into a measurable growth and performance channel.
- Diagnose client challenges by analyzing business goals, customer journeys, and performance data to identify root causes and growth opportunities.
- Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to different industries, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews, workshops, and strategic consulting sessions with Marketing, CRM, Agency, and Product stakeholders.
- Translate complex client requirements into actionable recommendations and collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Build long-term executive relationships based on trust, strategic guidance, and measurable business impact.
- Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing programs.
- Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and new product capabilities.
