Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in subscription and/or data sales to large Enterprise software, cloud, AI, and technology companies.
- Experience managing the holistic life cycle of a client relationship from onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewal, and upsells.
- Experience selling into large enterprises, negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams, and liaising with senior executives.
- Experience managing a book of business and/or selling a new complex product or service.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including questioning techniques.
- High emotional intelligence with ability to build client relationships.
- Resilient, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the Technology, Cloud, and Digital Services sectors.
- Own the commercial relationship with existing customers, serving as the primary point of contact for renewals and account growth.
- Drive customer retention by leading the end-to-end renewal process and ensuring long-term client success.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by expanding adoption of YipitData's products across existing accounts.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders, budget owners, and key decision-makers to understand evolving business priorities.
- Uncover new buying centers and expand YipitData's footprint within enterprise customers.
- Partner closely with Client Strategy, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while managing account activity in the CRM.
