Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of progressive work experience in a sales-oriented role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights.
- Strong knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management.
- Solid grasp of sales techniques and understanding of primary care physician office operations.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of success in business development.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment with comfort in iterating quickly.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships inside the organization.
- Service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial modeling and competitor data provisioning for enterprise sales support.
- Identify and communicate opportunities within clinical data to support Aledade solutions.
- Design and build custom pitch and data content for presentations to health systems and other entities.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and build upgrades for the ROI tool and financial models.
- Develop tools to surface and demonstrate prospect insights from clinical data for the sales team.
- Serve as the growth SME on P&L considerations for pricing design and implementation.
- Own the build and implementation of new pricing products into the existing ROI model.
- Manage, train, and troubleshoot financial model offerings and GTM processes.
