Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in general marketing, product marketing, sales/marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Strong storytelling and exceptional marketing communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Considerable attention to detail.
  • Proven experience creating and distributing content that drives measurable results.
  • Self-starter mindset with demonstrated ability to ideate and execute.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., PaperFlite).

Responsibilities

  • Build, curate, and maintain sales collateral like presentation decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product sheets.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and sales to ensure consistent and optimized messaging.
  • Develop and deliver training on new sales materials, methodologies, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop a scalable process to engage subject matter experts for narrative and material creation.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand and style guidelines.
  • Interface with stakeholders at all levels to present and influence strategy.
