Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in general marketing, product marketing, sales/marketing operations, or related roles.
- Strong storytelling and exceptional marketing communication skills.
- Excellent project management, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Considerable attention to detail.
- Proven experience creating and distributing content that drives measurable results.
- Self-starter mindset with demonstrated ability to ideate and execute.
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B high-growth or start-up environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., PaperFlite).
Responsibilities
- Build, curate, and maintain sales collateral like presentation decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product sheets.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and sales to ensure consistent and optimized messaging.
- Develop and deliver training on new sales materials, methodologies, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
- Develop a scalable process to engage subject matter experts for narrative and material creation.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand and style guidelines.
- Interface with stakeholders at all levels to present and influence strategy.
