Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, ideally within DTC or high-growth consumer brands.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, including conducting reviews and coaching global teams.
- Proven recent expertise managing Shopify, Shopify Plus, and Amazon stores.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with key eCommerce tools including Klaviyo, Loop or Recharge, After-Sell, and Looker / Triple Whale.
- Proven experience leveraging paid enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Claude Team, Gemini Advanced) for workflow optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret operational metrics and identify bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across departments and managing remote teams.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized, efficient ecosystem with clear documentation and QA processes.
- Willingness to travel on a limited basis.
- Willingness to work US time zones.
- Must have access to a computer, reliable internet, and a distraction-free work environment.
Responsibilities
- Own all Shopify structures including collections, tags, product logic, pages, and app integrations.
- Establish and maintain a structured e-commerce governance framework with rigorous release management and QA standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of approximately five employees and contractors across UX, Copywriting, and Development.
- Execute end-to-end ecommerce product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and post-launch validation.
- Define and report on key operational metrics such as deployment velocity, launch quality, and site health.
- Audit workflows and leverage analytics tools like Looker and Triple Whale to improve operational performance.
- Integrate and evaluate AI platforms to streamline workflows, document SOPs, and automate reporting.
