Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong focus on onboarding, adoption, and customer outcomes
  • Comfortable working with data (e.g. spreadsheets, product catalogs)
  • Curious and proactive, open to exploring new tools including AI
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Bonus: Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
  • Bonus: Experience with E-commerce or marketplace systems
  • Bonus: Experience with retail technology platforms
  • Bonus: Experience working with large datasets or catalog data

Responsibilities

  • Build simple proof-of-concept use cases to demonstrate value
  • Support onboarding and help customers structure and improve their product data
  • Understand customer workflows and guide them toward better usage of the platform
  • Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and ongoing usage
  • Support renewals and identify growth opportunities
  • Share customer insights with product and engineering teams
