Requirements
- 2-3 years in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong focus on onboarding, adoption, and customer outcomes
- Comfortable working with data (e.g. spreadsheets, product catalogs)
- Curious and proactive, open to exploring new tools including AI
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
- Bonus: Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
- Bonus: Experience with E-commerce or marketplace systems
- Bonus: Experience with retail technology platforms
- Bonus: Experience working with large datasets or catalog data
Responsibilities
- Build simple proof-of-concept use cases to demonstrate value
- Support onboarding and help customers structure and improve their product data
- Understand customer workflows and guide them toward better usage of the platform
- Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and ongoing usage
- Support renewals and identify growth opportunities
- Share customer insights with product and engineering teams
