  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding retention or revenue goals in a SaaS or Customer Success role.
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies quickly.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and predictive insights to scale impact.
  • Excellent communication skills; clear, confident, and empathetic across phone, written, and in-person settings.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link software solutions to customer outcomes and ROI.
  • Highly organised with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, able to prioritise effectively across a diverse portfolio of customers.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer growth, delight, and retention for complex customers requiring high-touch service.
  • Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Engage customers in strategy conversations to derive maximum value from HubSpot software.
  • Define customer success goals and produce detailed roadmaps to achieve them.
  • Monitor customer health, develop risk mitigation plans, and identify opportunities for product expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and executive leadership to ensure adoption and successful renewals.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by aligning them with appropriate resources.
  • Provide forecasting insights regarding upcoming renewals to the Contract Management team.
