Requirements
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with application security or developer tools.
- Working knowledge of application security fundamentals.
- Exposure to security tools ecosystem including scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
- Background in technical program management, technical account management, or scaled customer success.
- Fluent in Korean, advanced in English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a large and growing portfolio of customers.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience across hundreds of accounts.
- Deliver a high-touch experience when needed by conducting independent analysis and triage.
- Develop and own repeatable workflows to scale self-service led entry with product-led expansion.
- Act as an external-facing technical program manager to identify process gaps and advocate for fixes.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Translate pentesting findings and vulnerability data into actionable guidance for security and engineering stakeholders.
