Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or provider services.
- Proven track record of managing a client portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for building reports and dashboards.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the assigned region.
- Must reside in Australia.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the sports industry, especially tennis or pickleball, is a plus.
- Experience with organized tennis and UTR tools is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Tennis Australia and defined regional providers, clubs, and academies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clients maximize the value of UTR Sports' platforms.
- Drive individual revenue targets through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Develop and manage strategies to expand business within existing accounts and increase event participation.
- Track and report on client success metrics, including retention, renewals, and account health.
- Streamline onboarding experiences and develop self-serve training resources for providers.
- Launch and host recurring training webinars to support event organizers.
