  • Confident in identifying, shaping, negotiating, and landing opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Consultative approach using insights, data, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to lead initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams in complex and matrixed environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the partnership strategy for a portfolio of high-value apps and digital partners across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Identify, prioritise, and drive opportunities for mutual growth, balancing partner needs with broader business goals.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to key stakeholders, bringing strong judgment, commercial thinking, and market perspective.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to help partners optimise performance and strengthen business outcomes.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and execute commercial opportunities, product features, and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, operations, payments, and engineering teams to shape and deliver initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new risks, opportunities, and strategic openings.
