Requirements
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working 9am–5pm U.S. Eastern hours.
- Experience with ATS systems like Ashby (preferred).
- Previous exposure to recruiting in accounting, finance, or remote teams (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Craft compelling outreach messaging to increase response rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking within the Ashby ATS.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for both active and upcoming roles.
- Monitor outreach metrics and optimize messaging for engagement.
- Provide regular reporting on sourcing progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating candidate interactions.
