Requirements

- Strong communication and professionalism for representing the company
Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of talented candidates
- Partner with the recruiting team to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels and partnerships
- Establish talent pipelines through referral generation and external professional networks
- Source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Gem, boolean searches, social media, and internet job boards
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and candidate market
- Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
- Provide interview support to Hiring Managers when necessary
