Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience working in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Consumer, Automotive, or other product companies/startups.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is preferred.
- Strong end-to-end ownership with the ability to independently drive projects from problem definition through execution.
- Able to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable insights through data analysis and technical/domain expertise.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in SQL.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Lead Analysts to interpret client data and propose data-driven strategies.
- Clean, validate, and pre-process client datasets for analysis and modeling.
- Translate analysis into compelling business narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Build lightweight scripts and workflows to automate data handling and save time.
- Continuously improve internal workflows and enhance analytical processes.
- Collaborate on tool configurations, and enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Support text and document annotation initiatives to generate high-quality labeled data for NLP and LLM solutions.
