Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, platform engineering, backend systems, or technical leadership roles strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience in production environments strongly preferred.
- Industry experience in healthcare, especially healthcare supply chain, logistics, and/or operations strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise data platforms and distributed systems.
- Expertise in ontology-driven data modeling, data engineering, workflow automation, system integrations, and operational pipelines.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, security, and role-based access control frameworks.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, machine learning workflows, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry-related development paradigms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy, mentor engineers, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the Palantir Foundry platform, including data ingestion, integrations, ontology design, application frameworks, and production operations.
- Lead architectural decisions for complex, cross-functional initiatives across business units and technical domains.
- Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical roadmaps.
- Establish standards and best practices for ontology-driven modeling, data engineering, application development, and operational support.
- Design and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines, third-party integrations, and observability solutions.
- Define and oversee architectural patterns for AI and machine learning capabilities, including model inference and intelligent automation.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architecture reviews to engineering and delivery teams.
