Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience architecting large, distributed systems.
- Deep enterprise architecture experience at scale.
- Strong data fluency, including data mesh enablement, dependency mapping, and high-availability design.
- Hands-on technical stack expertise: Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, Java, TypeScript, AWS, protobuf, Databricks, GraphQL, and REST.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools.
- Track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder technical decisions.
- Strong domain-driven design (DDD) instincts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business executives and engineering teams.
- Comfort with both greenfield and legacy modernization projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients on their most complex architecture challenges.
- Map application dependencies and capabilities to build an enterprise-wide context graph.
- Drive legacy modernization and define integration patterns for data and AI ecosystems.
- Perform architecture trade-off and risk analysis using frameworks like SPADE or ADRs.
- Create architecture planning artifacts, design diagrams, and roadmap contributions.
- Build consensus and credibility across executive and senior technical stakeholder groups.
