Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of related experience.
- Financial industry domain experience.
- Experience with BSA/AML tools, preferably Actimize.
- Background in modern data architecture and cloud platform strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven success implementing data management, Big Data, data quality, data modeling, data governance, and ETL.
- Strong knowledge of metadata management and data security.
- Expertise in data technologies such as Snowflake, Matillion, Talend, Power BI, and ThoughtSpot.
- Experience supporting regulated workloads (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, OCC).
- Strong SQL knowledge and performance optimization skills.
- Proven planning, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern data platform architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Define and facilitate programs for Data Platform Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security.
- Align enterprise data architecture with business and technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Identify and lead the selection and implementation of data platforms and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior business and technology leadership to drive strategic data programs.
- Mentor architects and technical leaders on modern data architecture practices.
- Create conceptual architecture diagrams for complex, cross-capability initiatives.
