Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support.
  • Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).
  • Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates.
  • Submission of a portfolio with digital ad work samples at the time of application.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows, templates, and internal tools.
  • Monitor performance data to improve lead quality, efficiency, and campaign results.
  • Create and adapt ad copy, images, and layouts; support testing and iteration for ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and account issues using established processes.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and service teams to ensure seamless workflow and project progression.
