Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, agency services, or a client-facing marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (preferably Google Ads).
- Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website optimization best practices.
- Experience creating email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interaction.
- Analytical skills to review campaign data and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience using CMS, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or CRM systems.
- Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing activities for a portfolio of foreUP customers.
- Develop customer-specific marketing plans based on business goals, seasonal priorities, and promotional opportunities.
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
- Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated communications.
- Create and schedule content, including social media posts, blog posts, and website updates.
- Promote tournaments, leagues, memberships, and events.
- Meet with customers to review performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns and account activity.
