Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, agency services, or a client-facing marketing role.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (preferably Google Ads).
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website optimization best practices.
  • Experience creating email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interaction.
  • Analytical skills to review campaign data and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience using CMS, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or CRM systems.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing activities for a portfolio of foreUP customers.
  • Develop customer-specific marketing plans based on business goals, seasonal priorities, and promotional opportunities.
  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated communications.
  • Create and schedule content, including social media posts, blog posts, and website updates.
  • Promote tournaments, leagues, memberships, and events.
  • Meet with customers to review performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns and account activity.
