Six months experience as a crisis worker and /or volunteer experience providing crisis support services.

Requirements

  • BA level degree in mental health fields such as Psychology or Social Work.
  • Alternatively, hold relevant credentials: National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist, NAADAC Counselor, or Community Health Worker.
  • MA level mental health degree holders (unlicensed) are also eligible.
  • Minimum six months experience as a crisis worker or providing volunteer crisis support services.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Must permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM PT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prevention, wellness promotion, and psychoeducation through structured coaching sessions.
  • Develop individualized care plans and wellness goals for youth aged 13–25.
  • Conduct risk assessments, mitigation, and facilitate necessary referrals.
  • Moderate user-submitted content and journal entries to encourage engagement.
  • Perform care coordination and case management according to compliance and safeguarding policies.
  • Attend clinical supervision, team meetings, and mandatory in-house training.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
