Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
- Proven track record of building demand programs from scratch and scaling them.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Deep fluency in paid media including LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and pipeline forecasting.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in adtech, martech, or SaaS is preferred.
- Experience running ABM programs at scale is preferred.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute coordinated GTM motions for product launches and segment expansions.
- Build and scale ABM programs targeting priority brand and agency accounts.
- Manage multi-channel demand gen strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and events.
- Own end-to-end digital campaign operations including segmentation, landing pages, and tracking.
- Develop and maintain the marketing tech stack including CRM and automation tools.
- Build attribution models and report on funnel health and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with Sales on lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and pipeline reviews.
