Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
  • Proven track record of building demand programs from scratch and scaling them.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Deep fluency in paid media including LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and pipeline forecasting.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience in adtech, martech, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience running ABM programs at scale is preferred.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute coordinated GTM motions for product launches and segment expansions.
  • Build and scale ABM programs targeting priority brand and agency accounts.
  • Manage multi-channel demand gen strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and events.
  • Own end-to-end digital campaign operations including segmentation, landing pages, and tracking.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing tech stack including CRM and automation tools.
  • Build attribution models and report on funnel health and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales on lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and pipeline reviews.
