Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, focusing on demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Deep tactical expertise in at least 2 growth channels (e.g., Paid Social/Search, ABM tools, Email Marketing/Lifecycle, SEO, or Outbound support).
  • Highly execution-biased and systems-oriented approach to campaign management.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and AI productivity tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a history of aligning with Sales and SDR teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs to drive pipeline.
  • Implement target account lists and full-funnel campaign plays in partnership with GTM teams.
  • Test and optimize new channels, ad creatives, and audiences to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with web and product marketing to optimize landing pages and messaging for conversion.
  • Run experimentation cycles on ad copy and outbound tactics using performance data.
  • Monitor campaign ROI, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates for leadership reporting.
  • Ensure proper campaign tracking, lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution with RevOps.
  • Manage day-to-day ad spend and campaign forecasting.
