Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Direct experience managing and enabling SDR/BDR teams.
  • Deep understanding of buyer-driven journeys, dark funnel, intent signals, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Proficiency in channel mix including paid, organic, outbound, and events.
  • Data literacy with the ability to build dashboards and report on pipeline health.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline in enterprise environments ($100K+ deal sizes).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with experience in framework development.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and pivot based on performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a modern demand generation system balancing inbound, outbound, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and coach the Growth Manager (SDR) team, providing infrastructure and messaging playbooks.
  • Develop content strategies focused on organic discoverability and buyer education.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize the martech stack and define attribution and reporting models.
  • Drive brand and market presence through earned and owned media strategies.
  • Own pipeline contribution targets and manage relationships with external agencies and developers.
