Requirements
- Proven SEO expertise with a track record of improving website and content rankings.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows that automate real business functions.
- Demonstrated track record of digital lead growth tied directly to revenue impact.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to own metrics, perform analysis, and report on pipeline health.
- Experience managing paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation systems like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment to build structure.
- Collaborative mindset to partner effectively with Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the demand generation roadmap aligned to revenue targets.
- Own SEO strategy including technical SEO, keyword targeting, and on-page optimization.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google and LinkedIn with budget accountability.
- Develop presence in AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) through GEO strategies.
- Build and iterate on agentic workflows to automate marketing functions from lead scoring to outreach.
- Run performance tests across channels to continuously improve ROI.
- Partner with Sales to manage lead handoff and pipeline review cadences.
- Ensure all outbound programs comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
