Requirements
- Proven track record of pipeline ownership, accountability for pipeline numbers, and management of multiple channels.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS.
- AI-first operating mindset with experience using AI tooling to materially change campaign building, lead scoring, and personalization.
- Deep fluency with modern demand gen tooling, specifically Clay, HubSpot, intent data platforms, and sales engagement tools.
- Experience building, recruiting, and managing a demand generation team.
- Experimentation discipline with a focus on clear hypothesis-driven testing and measurement.
- Strong funnel analytics fluency with the ability to identify funnel problems and build actionable dashboards.
- Excellent asynchronous communication skills and ability to coordinate across time zones.
- Cross-functional credibility with experience working alongside Sales, RevOps, and BDR teams.
- Familiarity with recurring revenue models and multi-stakeholder deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team to build and run a full-funnel demand engine with AI at its core.
- Design programs covering net new platform, installed base expansion, and enterprise motions using AI to remove friction and increase throughput.
- Partner with the BDR team to provide ICP-fit targeting, campaign context, and intent signals to drive outbound pipeline quality.
- Run structured experiments and build a learning culture by testing channels with clear success criteria.
- Own channel strategy, budget allocation, and maintenance of clean pipeline attribution infrastructure in partnership with RevOps.
- Model AI adoption and build workflows that help the demand gen and BDR functions raise their AI fluency.
