Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving new-logo growth through multi-channel campaigns and events.
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns including event planning, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales or SDR teams on outbound strategy and enablement.
  • Comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, B2B startup environment with a track record of building process.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
  • Experience with direct mail, publication sponsorships, or referral programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and SDR-aligned outbound.
  • Own event strategy and execution to foster impactful engagement and high-quality pipeline.
  • Run the webinar program, from content development through promotion and follow-up.
  • Identify and execute direct mail campaigns and publication or newsletter sponsorships.
  • Build and manage a referrals program to generate consistent, low-cost pipeline.
  • Partner with SDRs to create outbound sequences, talk tracks, and door-opener strategies.
  • Manage operational execution including UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment.
