Requirements
- 3-5+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving new-logo growth through multi-channel campaigns and events.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns including event planning, email marketing, and paid media.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales or SDR teams on outbound strategy and enablement.
- Comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience in a fast-paced, B2B startup environment with a track record of building process.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
- Experience with direct mail, publication sponsorships, or referral programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and SDR-aligned outbound.
- Own event strategy and execution to foster impactful engagement and high-quality pipeline.
- Run the webinar program, from content development through promotion and follow-up.
- Identify and execute direct mail campaigns and publication or newsletter sponsorships.
- Build and manage a referrals program to generate consistent, low-cost pipeline.
- Partner with SDRs to create outbound sequences, talk tracks, and door-opener strategies.
- Manage operational execution including UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment.
