Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, fleet management, or operations support.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting a distributed field service or multi-location organization (preferred).
- Familiarity with fleet management platforms and telematics systems (preferred).
- Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and credit application processes.
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, pricing agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in vehicle ordering, registration, titling, transfers, disposals, and replacement activities for a fleet of over 500 vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance trends, fuel consumption, and telematics reporting.
- Develop and maintain procurement and fleet reports using Excel.
- Analyze procurement spend, vendor performance, and operational trends for executive summaries.
- Manage purchase requests to ensure compliance with approval workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving procurement, fleet, operations, finance, and vendors.
