Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or senior engineering.
  • Proven track record as a trusted technical advisor for engineering teams.
  • Fluent in developer-platform fundamentals including APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and deployment patterns.
  • Familiarity with real-time, distributed, or developer-platform systems.
  • Experience managing a portfolio and proactively tracking customer health.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for both engineers and executives.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on complex customer technical stacks.
  • Experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or voice AI infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of LLM agent systems or AI-native application development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship and long-term outcome for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Drive architecture reviews and design consultations to support customer scalability.
  • Identify product adoption opportunities and capability gaps.
  • Quarterback internal teams including Developer Success and Forward Deployed Engineers.
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Lead executive business reviews to align technical strategies with business outcomes.
  • Manage critical escalations and represent LiveKit on-site for major launches.
  • Define and build the engagement playbook for the TAM function.
