Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, with material time in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Track record handling sub-$10k ACV, high-volume retention work.
  • Demonstrated objection handling and pricing negotiation in live deals.
  • Experience marshaling cross-functional resources without direct authority.
  • Strong written documentation discipline.
  • Exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and Google Calendar.
  • Experience in automotive SaaS or independent automotive repair shops is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own every retention escalation from the moment it is identified through resolution.
  • Engage every retention opportunity within 24 business hours of assignment and run structured discovery.
  • Build and execute save plans including pricing concessions, contract restructures, training, or product escalations.
  • Marshal cross-functional resources across Tech Support, Training, Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives on Sales Misalignment cases.
  • Document every interaction in Salesforce to provide structured data for business decisions.
  • Identify and report systemic patterns across save attempts to leadership.
  • Operate within defined authority for pricing and contract restructuring.
  • Own a 90-day stickiness standard on every save.
