Requirements
- Systems thinking ability to design and re-architect performance systems around AI-assisted workflows.
- Full-funnel media fluency with experience managing budgets across connected TV, streaming audio, and performance channels.
- Dual acquisition fluency in both healthcare/considered-purchase conversion and e-commerce/product acquisition.
- Direct experience in DTC health or subscription consumer growth at scale.
- Deep understanding of creative performance, testing frameworks, and data-driven creative loop.
- Proven track record in agency and contractor ecosystem management.
- Analytical depth in unit economics, incrementality, and LTV profiles.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to boards and investors.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional operating rhythm with lifecycle and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate a full-funnel media strategy across paid acquisition channels from awareness to conversion.
- Develop an AI-native performance system architecture, including operating models and testing protocols.
- Manage the agency and contractor ecosystem to extend team capacity and performance.
- Own creative performance by collaborating with the Creative Intelligence pod on AI-assisted assets.
- Define audience strategy and target segments to justify acquisition costs based on LTV.
- Optimize LTV:CAC by segment across clinical services and a consumer product line.
- Lead and evolve the growth marketing team from channel specialists to growth architects.
- Communicate growth performance and strategy to the executive team and board.
