- Significant multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for managers and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success helping organizations scale through periods of growth and expansion.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing leaders.
- Experience creating recruiting strategies and workforce development programs.
- Strong customer-facing leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in equipment rental, industrial services, specialty contracting, or construction services preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 30–40% to support growth objectives.
- Experience supporting acquisition integration is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Build the operational and organizational framework required to support significant expansion.
- Develop scalable organizational structures, leadership roles, and operating rhythms.
- Partner on strategic planning, capacity planning, market expansion, and acquisition integration activities.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
- Create recruiting strategies that position the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop innovative technician and operational workforce pipelines.
- Improve responsiveness, execution, and customer experience across all operational functions.
- Establish meaningful operational metrics and performance measures.
- Build the operating model required to support growth in the data center market.
- Maintain a visible presence through branch visits, ride-alongs, and customer meetings.
