Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, or data science.
  • Expert fluency in SQL.
  • Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
  • Proven track record of learning complex methodologies and building strong mental models.
  • Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts, methodology, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.
  • Experience using AI tools to drive productivity and improve analytical processes.
  • Strong bias toward action, ownership, and independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Own Kepler data content end-to-end to drive product success and client value.
  • Develop deep expertise in proprietary methods to ensure data accuracy and identify methodology gaps.
  • Tackle complex data problems and refine methodologies using strong analytical judgment.
  • Utilize AI tools to increase workflow speed, reduce manual effort, and validate AI-generated outputs.
  • Write prompts and manage automated evaluation processes for the Kepler Insight Agent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Research and Engineering to streamline workflows and optimize data processes.
  • Handle high-complexity inquiries regarding data anomalies and trends.
