Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, or data science.
- Expert fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
- Proven track record of learning complex methodologies and building strong mental models.
- Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, methodology, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.
- Experience using AI tools to drive productivity and improve analytical processes.
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and independent problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Own Kepler data content end-to-end to drive product success and client value.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary methods to ensure data accuracy and identify methodology gaps.
- Tackle complex data problems and refine methodologies using strong analytical judgment.
- Utilize AI tools to increase workflow speed, reduce manual effort, and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Write prompts and manage automated evaluation processes for the Kepler Insight Agent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research and Engineering to streamline workflows and optimize data processes.
- Handle high-complexity inquiries regarding data anomalies and trends.
