Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, or data science.
- Expert fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark for reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
- Proven track record of learning complex data methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex methodology, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Active use of AI tools to drive productivity and analytical leverage.
- Strong bias toward action and taking full ownership of work.
Responsibilities
- Own Kepler data content end-to-end, focusing on accuracy and client value.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary datasets to identify methodology gaps and ensure data accuracy.
- Tackle complex data problems using strong analytical judgment and creative thinking.
- Build repeatable processes and validate AI-generated outputs to drive leverage.
- Write prompts and manage automated evaluation processes for the Kepler Insight Agent.
- Collaborate with Research and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and optimize data processes.
- Handle high-complexity customer inquiries regarding anomalies and trends in the data.
