Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Background in financial services, management consulting, data science, or high-growth technology.
- Strong fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark is a plus.
- Proven track record of quickly learning new complex data methodologies.
- Ability to build strong mental models of data structures and workflows.
- Experience tackling complex analytical problems beyond immediate scope.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Active use of AI tools to drive leverage and improve ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Own data products end-to-end, driving success by delivering outputs with a focus on accuracy, client value, and efficiency.
- Work with massive amounts of data to answer client questions about company performance and market trends.
- Tackle complex data problems by refining methodologies, testing new datasets, and applying analytical judgment.
- Use AI and tooling to automate workflows, increase speed, and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Engineering, and Product teams to align on best practices and optimize processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to products and analytical methodologies.
