Requirements
- BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with SQL or relational databases.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with initiative and drive toward continuous improvement.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and high ethical standards.
- Ability to travel to KPI COEs up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Participate in scoped client engagements as part of the consulting team.
- Partner closely with the project manager to drive the best outcome for each engagement.
- Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to surface improvement opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and support solution development activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, fellow consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
- Take part in customer meetings, workshops, and onsite operational assessments.
- Help build presentations, reports, and client deliverables that make the analysis land.
- Own assigned tasks and project milestones with accountability and urgency.
