- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
- 1–3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, including proficiency in Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and social commerce best practices.
- Proven track record of growing creator and affiliate programs that drive revenue.
- Sharp analytical instinct with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and paid social campaigns.
- A genuine love of TikTok culture and trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop Seller Center including listings, pricing, bundles, inventory visibility, and storefront merchandising.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize product pages, increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture a roster of creators and affiliates, including building commission structures and managing seeding/gifting programs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to align TikTok Shop with broader brand objectives.
- Plan and execute TikTok LIVE shopping events and analyze engagement to maximize livestream effectiveness.
