Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in virtual assistance.
  • Proven experience in online research, lead generation, CRM management, or data entry.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a consistent research process.
  • Good written English and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to identify relevant decision-makers within a business through online research.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Availability for meetings during AEST or PHT business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Research real estate agencies across Australia using Google, agency websites, LinkedIn, and online directories.
  • Identify and source accurate contact details for key decision-makers such as business owners, principals, and office managers.
  • Enter and maintain agency and contact information accurately in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Verify publicly available contact information by contacting agencies as needed.
  • Achieve and maintain a production target of 15 to 30 high-quality agency records per hour.
  • Ensure all data entry is complete, consistent, and free of duplicates.
