Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise tech or developer tools sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing six- to seven-figure deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and technical evaluation processes.
- Ability to develop and execute account-based strategies.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts regarding distributed systems, software architecture, and cloud-native environments.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders from developers to C-suite.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Common Room, and ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic new logo acquisition within the enterprise segment in the Eastern U.S.
- Execute account-based strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate pipeline.
- Manage a team of Strategic Account Executives through coaching, deal support, and professional development.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Engage prospects through in-person field activities, executive dinners, and regional events.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, and Solutions Architects to execute go-to-market motions.
- Forecast opportunities and track metrics using CRM and sales tools.
