Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
- At least one year of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches and industry-standard strategy frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured requirements.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required by clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact interviews and workshops with Executives, IT, and Business Stakeholders to uncover root-cause problems and define project vision, scope, and success metrics.
- Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” value streams and business processes while identifying automation/AI opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML and GenAI features.
- Define data requirements, business rules, model behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
- Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to build consensus and support project rollout through test design, feedback loops, and training.
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure design alignment and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Leverage Generative AI tools like Claude and Glean to accelerate analysis and solution design.
