Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in software agile delivery with sprint teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or product owner.
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare IT programs, including Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug programs.
- Knowledge of EDI standards, pharmacy data infrastructure, and drug coding conventions.
- Ability to perform business process modeling and develop concepts of operation.
- Proficiency with agile collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and operations.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance.
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work with multi-functional teams to develop and enhance products.
- Follow Agile methodology to deliver incremental working software.
- Act as an expert in client regulations, policies, and systems.
- Capture product requirements as user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
- Conduct policy analysis to develop and adapt business requirements.
- Conduct product analysis sessions, user research, and usability testing.
- Work with the sprint team to implement and accept user stories.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and agile documentation.
- Develop Change Requests following established change control policies.
