Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in software agile delivery and working with sprint teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or product analyst.
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare IT programs, specifically Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Prescription Drug (Part D) programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan structures, benefit designs, and enrollment processes.
- Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop business process models.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for documenting complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability in creative and critical thinking to evaluate alternatives.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
- Relevant agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CPM, CPO, CSM, PSM, SAFe POPM) are preferred.
- Experience with public-facing civic tech projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with multi-functional teams to develop and enhance products on a daily basis.
- Follow Agile methodology to deliver incremental software with an end-to-end user experience focus.
- Act as an expert in client regulations, policies, and systems.
- Capture product requirements as user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
- Conduct policy analysis to develop and adapt business requirements.
- Lead product analysis sessions, work group calls, user research, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with the sprint team to implement and accept user stories.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and develop documentation including SOPs and metrics.
- Develop Change Requests to monitor and control product vision.
