Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives.
- Proven experience working within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional process transformation.
- Proficiency with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, or Coupa.
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and lead senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and JIRA or equivalent collaboration tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of UiPath and Agentic technologies (preferred).
- UiPath Business Analyst certification, professional level (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate high-value, cross-functional automation opportunities aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Define and quantify business cases for automation initiatives including ROI and feasibility analysis.
- Lead end-to-end discovery for complex processes and collaborate with Solution Architects on design.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to shape automation vision and resolve scope conflicts.
- Manage analysis deliverables and support Agile ceremonies across multiple initiatives.
- Design and implement change management strategies to drive sustainable automation adoption.
