Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin, Dev, Consultant, or BA role).
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience in at least one core area: Development (Apex, LWC, integrations), Administration (Flows, configuration, security), or Functional consulting/business analysis.
- 2+ Years of experience working in agile or delivery-driven environments.
- Advanced English Level required for working with US clients.
- Ability to operate in integrated delivery environments.
- Technical depth and business understanding in complex Salesforce ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific clouds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities.
- Drive platform administration, configuration, and ongoing support activities.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Support backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation.
- Contribute to delivery acceleration and continuous platform optimization.
