Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or international relations.
- 2–4 years of experience in an outbound or hunting sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and selling to C-level executives.
- Proficiency in multi-channel outbound sales strategies, cold calling, and social selling.
- Exceptional resilience and advanced objection-handling skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Cognism is preferred.
- Knowledge of global operations, HR/payroll, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and decision-makers across the EMEA region.
- Initiate contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Engage C-level executives to understand their business model and international hiring needs.
- Educate prospects on global hiring solutions and financial benefits.
- Draft and negotiate commercial proposals to close deals.
- Maintain data and interaction logs in Salesforce and utilize revenue intelligence tools like Gong and Clari.
