Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or international relations.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an outbound or hunting sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and selling to C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel outbound sales strategies, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Exceptional resilience and advanced objection-handling skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Cognism is preferred.
  • Knowledge of global operations, HR/payroll, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and decision-makers across the EMEA region.
  • Initiate contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Engage C-level executives to understand their business model and international hiring needs.
  • Educate prospects on global hiring solutions and financial benefits.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial proposals to close deals.
  • Maintain data and interaction logs in Salesforce and utilize revenue intelligence tools like Gong and Clari.
