Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in QA and SDLC testing including front-end, back-end, and integration testing.
- 3+ years in a QA/QC Manager leadership role managing and directing QA teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading performance, load, and stress testing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience overseeing Section 508 compliance testing and remediation.
- 3+ years of experience in federal healthcare environments (consulting or industry).
- 3+ years of experience using Jira, Confluence, and similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong Agile expertise with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
- Expert knowledge of QA methodologies, automation strategies, and industry standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test strategies, risks, and mitigation plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead test management activities across all phases of the SDLC for complex, large-scale system implementations.
- Oversee program wide QA operations, including development, refinement, and governance of QA processes, standards, and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and DataOps teams to define functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
- Strengthen and expand automation frameworks to support regression, integration, and data validation testing.
- Lead planning and execution of non-functional testing, including performance, load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Oversee Section 508 accessibility evaluation, testing, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting.
- Provide continuous training and mentorship for QA/Test Engineers on processes, tools, and test methodologies.
- Produce and deliver test metrics, dashboards, and quality insights to leadership and stakeholders.
