Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Military Studies, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in business development, supplier relations, defense logistics, vehicle sustainment, aftermarket support, or government contracting.
Experience interacting with OEMs, suppliers, government customers, military organizations, or strategic industry partners.
Familiarity with military vehicle platforms, sustainment operations, or defense supply chains.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
Strong commercial judgment and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-35%).

Develop and maintain relationships with OEM partners, defense industry stakeholders, and government customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM relationships to develop solutions meeting customer requirements.
Translate customer and end-user feedback into actionable insights for OEM partners and internal teams.
Serve as a vehicle sustainment and aftermarket support subject matter expert.
Support domestic and international engagements through travel, market assessments, and opportunity shaping.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between OEM partners, supply chain stakeholders, and internal teams.
Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to WSS leadership.
