Requirements
- Prior experience as a founder, early GTM leader, or senior sales/marketing leader at an early-stage cybersecurity startup.
- Deep understanding of B2B cybersecurity buying motions, particularly via MSP/MSSP or mid-market/enterprise channels.
- Proven experience operating in pre-PMF or early-PMF environments.
- Hands-on experience with sales outreach, discovery calls, and relationship building.
- Strategic thinker capable of executing day-to-day operations with high autonomy.
- Builder mindset with the ability to create structured processes from ambiguity.
- Familiarity with enterprise security environments and frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, CMMC) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Refine initial go-to-market hypotheses including ICP, buyer personas, use cases, and pricing.
- Scale pilot programs beyond initial design partners and convert prospects into active pilots.
- Lead structured customer discovery to inform messaging, positioning, and use-case narratives.
- Develop early enterprise sales motions, including direct and partner-led strategies with MSPs and MSSPs.
- Establish early GTM infrastructure including CRM strategy, pipeline reporting, and foundational sales assets.
- Collaborate with CEO/CTO to align customer insights with MVP product priorities and roadmap.
