- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced search strategies including market mapping, cold outreach, and executive platforms to engage passive talent.
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment.
- Lead client update meetings for active searches.
- Provide strategic guidance and partnership to the executive leadership team.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to advise on talent pools, compensation, and the recruitment landscape.
